Bookings & Deposits
All bookings are confirmed only once a deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable and secure the agreed booking date, time and services.
The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery of content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a booking subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with reasonable notice will be accommodated where possible.
Cancellations made by the client will result in the loss of the deposit. In cases of exceptional circumstances, bookings may be transferred at the discretion of Fourth Wall Media.
Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period. Late payments may result in delays to editing, delivery or release of final content.
Fourth Wall Media reserves the right to withhold final content until full payment has been received.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be discussed prior to the project beginning. Delivery times may vary depending on project size, revisions and workload.
Creative Style
By booking with Fourth Wall Media, the client acknowledges that they are familiar with the company’s creative style, portfolio and previous work.
Editing and creative decisions remain at the discretion of Fourth Wall Media unless otherwise agreed before the project begins.
Usage Rights & Ownership
Fourth Wall Media retains ownership of all original photographs, video footage and edited media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted permission to use final delivered content for personal, promotional or organisational purposes relevant to the booking.
Content may not be resold, heavily altered or redistributed commercially without written permission.
Promotional Use
Unless agreed otherwise in writing before the project begins, Fourth Wall Media reserves the right to use photographs, videos and promotional content for portfolio, website, social media and marketing purposes.
Raw Files
Raw footage, unedited video and unedited photographs are not included unless specifically agreed in writing prior to delivery.
Venue & Performance Limitations
Fourth Wall Media is not responsible for limitations caused by venue restrictions, lighting conditions, audience obstruction, performer positioning, weather conditions or technical issues outside of reasonable control.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate booking information, timings, permissions and relevant access are provided before the project takes place.
Liability
While all reasonable care is taken during projects and media handling, Fourth Wall Media is not liable for indirect losses, technical failures outside of reasonable control or circumstances preventing project completion.
Force Majeure
Fourth Wall Media shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances outside of reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, venue closures, severe weather or technical failure.
Agreement
By confirming a booking, paying a deposit or proceeding with services provided by Fourth Wall Media, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
